Booklet questions

Dear Vanden ’86 ’87 ’88 ‘89 ’90 Alumnus,
I am going to be making our reunion booklet and I need your input. Please address the following prompts underneath each. If there is anything you don’t want to include in the 20th-ish Reunion Booklet, then just leave it blank. Please email this completed form as soon as you are able, but no later than July 1st 2008, to ME! and put your name and year as the subject. If you would like to attach a photo (of your family, children, yourself, pet, cool place you’ve traveled to, etc.) go ahead! We love picture books. Even (especially!) if you aren’t able to attend the reunion, we still want to hear from you!

To assist the committee in finding you for the next reunion, PLEASE…
1. List any siblings, especially male siblings and their birth year. Include middle name/initial.
2. List permanent address of someone (your parents or best friend) who will always know where you are. Doesn't matter if they went to Vanden or not. We just want a lead to find you in case you 'get lost' before the next reunion.
